Shipping
Every order is packed by hand in Star Valley, Wyoming, and ships within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100
- Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout
- We also ship to select countries outside the U.S. International rates are shown at checkout. Any customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to exchange it or give you store credit.
- Online orders: within 14 days of delivery. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
- In-store purchases: within 30 days of purchase. Bring it back with your receipt.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
- We don't offer cash refunds.
- Final sale: sale items, earrings, gift cards and custom orders.
Store credit never expires and can be used in the shop or online. If your exchange costs more than the original item, you'll just pay the difference.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
